How can I change something in my order?

If you need to change anything on the order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed the order, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. It is also possible to make a bank transfer for your convenience.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Each preparation starts production 24 hours after your order. Within 72 hours of your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the package is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to track your order in line with the carrier.

Can I return an item?

How long to have my purchased item?

Delivery times depend on your location. Once the payment is confirmed the order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 working days.

Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It is not necessary to create an account. But, of course, an account provides more benefits beyond the ability to create and send a personalized wishlist and shopping experience.

I need to receive an electronic invoice. What should I do?

TSS does not sell to companies but only to individuals. However, if you are already our customer, enter the PEC data and / or Unique Code in your profile under the ELECTRONIC BILLING field and our staff will recalculate the final amount of your purchase.

If you are a new user, when registering, enter these data in the appropriate spaces. Once the order has been placed and upon your specific request, we will send the electronic invoice.
