The SUP is produced in two constructions: rigid and inflatable. In any case, it is an extremely easy sport to learn even by self-taught. Just do it with a sufficiently stable board, or with a decent volume (over 150 liters for the lightest). Reliability combined with fun!

This new discipline consists in managing a wing released from the board and without cables, to be held directly with both hands. The board, usually small for the more experienced, features a hydrofoil fin with different set-up possibilities, based on the rider's level.
