All products are shipped with suitable packaging. If at the time of delivery the cartons are damaged, tampered with, or with obvious signs of breakage, please refuse the collection without signing the unloading.

SHIPPING

Packages are usually shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment and sent via express courier. Since our warehouse is not located in Italy, in some cases delivery times can extend up to 10 days from receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.

Tracking CODE

To speed up shipments, TSS uses a broker for parcel delivery. The tracking code is sent to the customer only when communicated by the designated carrier. It may happen that the aforementioned code also arrives after delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is made within 3 days, but this term is purely indicative and starts from receipt of payment. This delivery time is indicated as precisely as possible, but may vary depending on size, carrier logistics and climatic conditions.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. It is also possible to add another address when ordering, specifying to deliver to a place other than the one already registered previously. We require, for any delivery order, the registration of a valid telephone number so that the carrier can contact the customer if he does not find the references valid or none upon receipt of the package.

The carrier, not finding anyone upon delivery and if unable to contact the customer, will try again the next working day after which the package will return to the office and collection will be possible only upon payment of the storage costs directly to the carrier.

COLLECTION ACCEPTANCE

WE WARN our customers not to sign for receipt of the package unless the complete integrity of the goods has first been verified. When refusing, specify the reason: for example "the goods are damaged on the edge, the package is crushed" or "the carton is open in several places".

Please note that once the package with signature is accepted, damage insurance will not apply.

SHIPPING COSTS

The boxes and packages have considerable dimensions. For this reason, the TSUNAMI SURFING SHOP offers FREE shipping in ITALY for orders of main items, with amounts exceeding €449.00.

For smaller amounts or brands where a different shipping process is necessary, the cost varies depending on the area and volumetric weight. The amount is automatically calculated at the time of ordering.

INSURANCE

TSUNAMI SURFING SHOP provides FREE insurance on all goods to its customers. The insurance covers the goods for damage or theft/loss before delivery and acceptance by the customer. The insurance does not cover costs resulting from exceptional events (disasters, riots, etc.).

AMAZON PAY and AMAZON PAY EU

Orders paid through the AMAZON PAY channel will be processed after 10-15 working days which are the times required by AMAZON for the transfer of funds. The customer who uses this payment method MUST register and select the corresponding shipping method.

Extra Italy Shipping (EU only)

For transport outside Italy, the cost varies depending on the brand, the delivery country and the volumetric weight. The amount will be calculated automatically when placing the order.
