All products are shipped with suitable packaging. If at the time of delivery the cartons are damaged, tampered with, or with obvious signs of breakage, please refuse collection. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging. To exercise this right you must send us a communication to that effect within 10 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within a further 15 days.

Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier. As our warehouse is not located in Italy, in some cases delivery times can be extended up to 10 days from receipt of payment.

Whatever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you the necessary assistance to check the path of your package by sending the tracking code in which you can monitor the progress of the delivery.

Delivery Times - Carriers

The Shop carries out shipments using external partners, in particular national and international couriers. Delivery will be made within 3 days, but this deadline is purely indicative and starts from receipt of payment. This delivery period is indicated as exactly as possible, but may vary according to the supply possibilities, the carrier and the climatic conditions.

Shipping for AMAZON PAY and AMAZON PAY EU payment

Orders paid through the AMAZON PAY channel will be processed after 10-15 working days which is the time required by AMAZON for the transfer of funds. The customer using this payment method MUST select the corresponding shipping methods.

Shipping address

The goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. It is also possible to add another address when ordering, specifying to deliver to a place other than the one already registered previously. We require, for any delivery order, the registration of a valid telephone reference so that the carrier can contact the customer if he does not find valid references or none upon receipt of the package. The transporter, not finding anyone at the delivery and if he is unable to contact anyone, will try again the next working day after which the package will return to the office and collection will be possible only upon payment of the costs directly to the transporter.

Package acceptance

WE ADVISE our customers not to sign the receipt of the package until the complete integrity of the goods has not been verified. In the refusal, specify the reason: for example "the goods are damaged on the edge, the package is crushed" or "the carton is open in several places".

Please noted that, once the package with signature has been accepted, the insurance against damage will not be valid.

Shipping costs

The boxes and packages have considerable dimensions. For this reason, TSUNAMI SURFING SHOP offers FREE shipping in ITALY for orders of main items, with amounts exceeding € 549.00.

For lower amounts or brands where a different shipping process is required, the cost may change from € 29.00 to € 79.00 depending on the courier chosen, the area and the volumetric weight. The amount will be calculated automatically when placing the order.

Insurance

TSUNAMI SURFING SHOP provides FREE insurance to its customers on all goods.

The insurance covers the goods for breakage or loss, but does not cover damage due to adverse atmospheric agents.

In case of breakage or damage we will refund the goods and the shipment will be at our expense. Compensation will be made after viewing photographic documentation certifying the damage detected at the time of delivery.

Extra Italy and Shipping (EU only)

For shipping outside of Italy, the costs starts from € 49.00 to € 480.00 depending on the brand you want to buy. The affected user must select the appropriate carrier (Outside Italy) shown automatically when ordering. The amount will be calculated automatically when ordering.

ATTENTION: as established by the European Court of Justice, the costs that the Buyer will incur to return the goods will not be reimbursed.
